This is an amazing 18K Yellow Gold Cabochon Sapphire and Diamond Ring. The ring is centered with an approximately a carat of a cabochon cut sapphire. Around this center stone are approximately adorned with 1.32ct baguette cut sapphire and 0.32ct round cut diamonds. The color of this diamonds is H with VS clarity. The top of the ring measures 12.5mm by 22mm. and the size of the ring is 7 3/4 but it can be resized.
