This is a lovely 18k yellow gold ruby and diamond ring from the 1950s. The ring features round cut rubies that weighs approximately 1ct. The rubies are accentuated by sparkling round cut diamonds accent. The top of the ring measures 18mm by 22mm. The size of the ring is 5 3/4 and it can be resized.
