This is a gorgeous antique 14k white gold diamond sapphire ring. The center stone is an old mine cut diamond weighing approximately 0.40 carats. The color of the stone is G with VS1 clarity. The center stone is accentuated by faceted square cut sapphire accent. The ring has beautiful open work and floral engraving designs. The ring is size 7 1/4, but can be resized.
