This is a lovely Victorian 18k yellow gold sapphire and diamond ring. The ring is set with approximately 2.5ct of Sapphires and approximately 0.30ct of rose cut diamonds. The top of the ring measures 13mm by 8mm. The ring is size 7 1/4, but can be resized.
